Visiting Regulations

The following regulations establish the visiting policies on the premises, and the resident agrees to abide by them at all times.

All visits must be notified to the management at least 24 hours in advance. In exceptional cases, visits must be notified as soon as possible.

•All visits, regardless of their nature (family, social, service, or healthcare personnel), must be registered in the management logbook and a copy of their official identification must be attached.

•Access to unregistered individuals or visitors who have not been approved by management will not be permitted.

•Each resident may receive a maximum of five (5) visitors at a time. Group visits must be pre-approved by management if they exceed the permitted number.

•Regular visits, which do not involve overnight stays, may take place from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., It's important to inquire with management regarding any potential activities the tenant may have on a given date.

• Visitors who will stay overnight at the facility must be notified at least one week in advance and must not exceed three people. The maximum stay for visitors is 7 days per month. The additional cost per visitor per night is $300 MXN and must be paid no later than the day of arrival.

• Regular visitors must wear visible identification (which will be provided by management) while on the premises and must be accompanied by the resident who receives them at all times.

• Visitors may use common areas (gardens, activity rooms, etc.) only if the resident who receives them is present and under their supervision.

• Overnight visitors will not be permitted except in special cases approved by management (such as family visits for medical or emergency reasons) or for visits scheduled in advance for which payment has been made.

• The presence of visitors must not be disruptive to other residents or staff. Therefore, it is essential that quiet hours and spaces that may be used for communal activities be respected. Visitors must behave in accordance with the community's rules of coexistence, respecting the tranquility and privacy of other residents. The use of noisy devices or behavior that could disrupt the harmony of the premises is prohibited.

•Visits with children under 15 years of age must be approved in advance by management, and children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

•On special dates or holidays, visiting rules may be temporarily modified, but these must be communicated in advance to residents and the management team for optimal organization.

•Residents will be responsible for the actions and behavior of their visitors during their stay in the condominium. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action or termination of membership.
